  • Any additional structure’s must adhere to all setbacks and restrictions whether a permanent structure or temporary structure it may not within fifty (50) feet of any property line ; RV’s and travel trailers may not be used as primary residences but may be used temporarily for no more than 2 years from the date set down 
  • No more than one single family residence shall be erected onto the property ; No property shall be abandoned / dumped onto the property ; No dumping is permitted on any Tract 
  • No commercial or day lease hunting shall be permitted on any Tract
  • Each owner must maintain fencing along the boundary of their tract; No fencing over Six (6) Feet shall be erected 
  • No Tracts may be subdivided; Must retain original acreage
